Turkey Taco Wraps Recipe

Sour cream, taco seasoning and shredded Mexican cheese quickly flavor the turkey. Of course, the speed of flavoring depends on the number of tortillas you use and the thickness of the turkey slices.

Ingredients

⅔ cup sour cream
½ cup pico de gallo salsa, drained
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
½ pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast

Directions

Step 1
Mix sour cream, pico de gallo and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spread flour on each tortilla. Sprinkle the Mexican cheese mixture over the sour cream mixture layer. Pour turkey on each. Roll each tortilla around the filling. Wrap each in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 8 hours overnight.

Step 2
Take the aluminum foil and cut each piece crosswise into 3/8 inch sizes and place them on a plate.
